We have been working with this client since 2019, fostering a strong relationship and a deep understanding of their objectives for their long-term incentive strategy. For this iteration of their incentive event, we conducted comprehensive meetings with the client to thoroughly understand their objectives, vision, and desired outcomes for the experience. Bringing together our in-house experts from various fields (event management, logistics, marketing, design, technology, etc.), we formed a cohesive team, making bespoke and insight-filled suggestions to elevate the attendee experience.

Through a series of collaborative workshops to brainstorm and refine ideas, we developed a strategic plan that outlined the approach, key milestones, and deliverables, ensuring it aligned with the client’s goals and brand identity. This core goal was to create an exclusive trip for their partners as a token of gratitude for their loyalty and support, giving attendees the trip of a lifetime to Dubai to reward and incentivise their long-term support. Building on feedback from previous events and our deep understanding of the audience’s preferences, we moved into the planning phase with a finely tuned strategy.

 

 

Plan:

We drafted a detailed project plan outlining all tasks, timelines, and responsibilities, creating a precise budget and allocating resources efficiently to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality. We understood the importance of targeted pre-event engagement, so we crafted a luxurious event brochure and a bespoke event app, filled with exciting details about the exclusive activities and experiences awaiting them. These pre-event comms aimed to inspire and motivate attendees to reach their sales targets. By leveraging the talent and skills within our team—including creative marketing, development, and design—we ensured the creation of a brilliant event with a 2-year lead time.

Deliver:

Premier Club 2024 was hosted at the Hilton Palm Jumeirah, a five-star luxury hotel located on Dubai’s Palm West Beach. Throughout the experience, attendees could select from 10 different exclusive activities to take part in, including the world’s longest urban zip line, running over Dubai’s marina, as well as a thrilling high-rise edge walk and a pool party which has become a standout highlight of every yearly trip.

Throughout the event delivery, we maintained constant communication among team members and the client to ensure everyone was aligned and that any issues were promptly addressed. On-site managers oversaw the event’s execution, ensuring every detail was perfect and handling any real-time adjustments. We also conducted regular checks to ensure all aspects of the event met the predetermined standards.

Measure:

The event was a resounding success, receiving glowing feedback from attendees, captured through a post-event survey. Attendees described the experience with phrases like, “There’s no words for how good it actually was,” “Never experienced anything like it,” and “Company who organised it was amazing. Everything’s a 10 across the board.” Many highlighted the “once-in-a-lifetime activities,” with specific praise for the dunes experience and the seamless organisation throughout.
