Our client set out to invigorate their advisory board experience and rethink their approach to client relationships. Working closely with their content team, we reshaped the agenda and introduced innovative ways to communicate key messages, ensuring the event felt engaging and unmissable.
The Challenge
Each year, our client runs an advisory board event alongside additional experiences for their audience. This year, they wanted to separate the advisory board event, making it a standalone experience. The challenge was to create an event that not only felt unique but also provided reciprocal value to attendees, who were giving their time and insights to help shape the future of their ecosystem.

The Solution
To achieve this, we adopted a creative approach that focused on making the agenda and event format more dynamic and engaging:
- We split the content across two days to avoid overwhelming attendees, allowing time for meaningful interactions and deeper engagement.
- A seamless pre-event communication strategy was developed to build excitement around the creative elements and ensure attendees were well-prepared for the experience.
- We designed unique branding tailored specifically to this event, weaving it throughout the key messages and touchpoints to maintain consistency and reinforce the event’s vision.
- We created a key message house to streamline communication, making it easier for stakeholders to reinforce the event’s core pillars and highlight the value for attendees.
